Ralph Hardy

In June of 1965 Ralph Hardy purchased a 1965 International Emeryville and set out to make his mark on the transportation industry hauling produce out of Florida up the east coast. A company was formed that today is known as Hardy Brothers, Inc. As the '70's arrived, Ralph was ready to extend his operation west.  A terminal was built in Ralph's hometown of Siloam, NC and the fleet has steadily grown to 45 trucks.  The company is a for-hire carrier of  both temperature controlled and dry freight and travels throughout the continental United States. Hardy Brothers quickly made its mark on the transportation industry as companies came to learn of their  commitment to "Quality Service".

 

 

Eddie Hardy

Ralph's son, Eddie Hardy joined forces with his dad in 1979. He began working his way up the company's structure from the maintenance department to dispatch and then to the accounting department. In 1995, Eddie became President of the company. Eddie has grown up in the transportation industry and has seen the effects of many changes over the years.
